DESCRIPTION
This isn’t just an Adelaide tour around the city. This is a walk allowing those with a deeply curious nature to step into the shoes of a local, and shown around intimate locations across the main part (northern end) of Adelaide’s city centre.
Wander through the beautiful North Terrace and Riverbank precincts, hear tales of oft-passed monuments and discover a city oasis. Areas all frequented by locals, but not always noticed. Be inspired by quirky stories, varied architecture and new perspectives!
This is an Adelaide walking tour with a difference – you will gain more than just facts about monuments. You’ll have a local understanding of how Adelaide became the city it is today, and how it’s still evolving!
The walk is designed for maximum four people, creating an intimate group environment focused on giving detailed, in-depth insight to this wonderful city. Few Adelaide tours offer such luxury.
This Adelaide tour is taken by local guide/Flamboyance Tours owner Katina. Passionate about her home city, she’s a former Topdeck Travel trip leader, having led tours across more than 20 countries in Europe.
