DESCRIPTION
In your 2 Hour lesson we will cover all aspects of your Surfing, including what you are currently excelling at and where your areas of improvement are.
Your lesson will begin with a Beach Chat / Checking Surf Conditions, Body awareness and Stretching.
Depending on your Surf ability we will either jump in the water with you or stay on the Beach to Video your 2 Hour session.
You’ll finish your session with valuable feedback and things you’ll be able to work on before your next session.
If you had a Video Analysis Surf Session we will view the Video Footage and chat about it. If you bring your own Memory Card we can transfer that footage directly to you so that you can use it for your own Personal use (Hello Instagram Posts!)
All of our Surf Coaches hold a minimum of Level 2 in Surf Coaching through the Academy of Surfing Instructors. It is a requirement that all Instructors hold a Current First Aid Certificate, Surf Rescue and have a current Working With Children Check.
Surf Adventure Co Australia is a registered, fully Insured Surf School endorsed by The Academy of Surfing Instructors.
