DESCRIPTION
The Scenic Rim is a vast area covering over four thousand square kilometres and featuring six National Parks. On this 3 day pack free walk, you will explore escarpments, ridges and forests across ancient volcanic plateaus of the Great Dividing Range of the most spectacular areas of the Scenic Rim.
A Pack Free Walk
One of the biggest draw cards of this walk, is that our guests won’t be asked to carry their clothes or overnight bags for the entire walk. This is a big advantage for our guests, in that you will avoid carrying an additional 8kg or more on your back every day. With Life’s An Adventure you will carry as little as your water bottle and camera each day!
2 nights at the luxurious Mount French Lodge
Set on an expansive estate, the Mount French Lodge has a stunning position, located high on a hill overlooking the beautiful Scenic Rim. Guests will be able to sit on the terrace or in the magnificent lounge area with its huge gallery windows taking in the spectacular vistas. Secluded, private and special are three words to describe this unique property. This contemporary building has modern and immaculate rooms with all the creature comforts.
Fabulous meals featuring local produce
Our hosts Rob and Marina have a passion for good food and their attention to meals is impeccable. You won’t find a menu the chef is always creating a unique menu based on the regional foods in season. Meals are produced with a combination of homemade, home grown and local produce. The flavours and creativity make for memorable meals, all this accompanied with wonderful wines.
