Begin with a 90-minute winemaking session where you will be guided through the blending process and you have the opportunity to create your own bottle of Shiraz to take home with you.
Following the blend session, enjoy a mouth-watering eight-course food and wine degustation on the d’Arry’s Veranda Restaurant with views overlooking the vineyards and hills of McLaren Vale.
