The majority of venues have implemented pre-booked and paid tastings. Regardless of your group size, you will need to organise your day in advance and book your visit with each venue. Please do so before your tour. Our venue guide will show you which venues need to be booked in advance

Minimum numbers required to run the hop on hop off service. We will contact you 24-48 hours beforehand if we need to cancel. Full refunds or reschedules will be offered.

Cancellation Policy:
48 hours prior tour start – 50% refund on ticket purchase price or transfer of ticket to a different date.
24 hours prior tour start – no refund on ticket purchase; transfer option available for another preferred date.
No-shows or change of mind are not eligible for a full refund.
Group Bookings:
We strictly do not accept any groups larger than 5, please contact us directly via [email protected] or 03 8596 2659 to discuss other options for you and your group.
