Relax at the cellar door for a couple of hours, while the kids learn how to make Halloumi in the kitchen. The halloumi made will be cooked and eaten at the end of the session.
During this session, milk fresh from Ros’s farm will be made into halloumi, with students having a hands on experience during each stage of the process. Participants will taste a range of cheeses before making their own halloumi to be cooked and eaten at the end of the session.
Workshop requires a minimum of 6 bookings total to run. We will contact you if the minimum number of bookings hasn’t been reached.
