DESCRIPTION
For an hour and half, you’ll be guided into how a curated selection of premium spirits are made, their stories behind the labels, and come away with a deeper appreciation of the craft and passion that goes into making a great craft spirit.
Guests will enjoy a welcome gin and tonic, or whisky highball, and be guided through a fun and interactive tasting of five spirits, plus some nibbles to go with, and perhaps a little something extra from Phillip’s special collection.
The groups are kept to a minimum of four people and maximum of 16 to ensure a personalised experience.
Phillip can also arrange a lineup of spirits so you are encountering one’s you may not have had before, and he also offers limited releases via his contacts in the industry.
