Itinerary

*3:30pm – 4pm
Guests are encouraged to arrive any time from 3:30pm. It’s crucial that all guests have been checked in prior to 4pm as we have a scheduled animal encounter that must start right on 4:30pm. A Great Camping Adventure representative will be located inside the main gates from 3:30pm. If guests arrive late they will, unfortunately miss out on the animal encounter.

*4:15pm – 4:30pm
Introduction and induction to our camping ground. There is important information that we need to discuss due to the fact that we are camping at a Wildlife Park with animals in a close proximity. At 4:30pm all guests will be introduced to our Mogo Wildlife guide and he/she will take you on your animal encounter.

*6pm
Once you have returned to our camping grounds you will have some downtime to ensure your tent is perfect for your night ahead. Your host will also share the history of our region explaining the importance of our South Coast paradise in the construction of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and how Captain Cook once sailed past here on his journey of discovery. Most people aren’t aware how close Batemans Bay became to being the place that Captain Cook stopped for the very first time.

*6:30pm – 7:30pm
Dinner is served. Due to COVID-19 all guests will be served their food. We will have tables and chairs set out in accordance with our COVID safe plan.

  • 8pm
There is nothing more Australian than live country music around the campfire. Sit back and relax and enjoy the sounds of Australia with our live country music singer.

  • 9:30pm – 10pm
Quiet time and readiness for bed

  • 6am – 7:30am
Your host will be up waiting and have your tea/coffee/hot chocolate ready for the start of your new day

  • 8am – 9am
A set breakfast is served inside the park, which includes: bacon and egg rolls, fruit platters, tea, coffee, and juice. Our team will communicate with you prior to your camping experience to plan ahead and ensure we have your breakfast ready for you.

  • 9am
Park is now officially open and your overnight camping fee includes full park entry and a giraffe feeding experience.
