Itinerary
Day 1: Noosa
Pass By: Brisbane Airport Visitor Information Centre, Airport Drive International Terminal, Level 2, Arrivals, Brisbane, Queensland 4008 Australia
Whether you’re driving from the Gold Coast or flying in from a major City, we’ll be there to pick you up at Brisbane Airport at 12pm.
This is the first time you’ll meet your group and tour leader for the best 11 days of your life.
Pass By: Noosa, Noosa, Sunshine Coast, Queensland
Once we’re in Noosa we’ll be checking into the hostel and then heading down to the beautiful beaches and the Instagrammable Fairy Pools. It is time for you to relax and enjoy your journey.
That evening we’ll be having a welcome meal followed by a talk on how we’re going to travel to our next destination…Fraser Island

Day 2: Fraser Island
Stop At: Fraser Island, Fraser Island, Fraser Coast, Queensland
By the end of this trip it will be hard to pick the highlight of the trip but it is guaranteed that Fraser Island will be up there!
Over the next 48 hours you will explore the world’s largest sand island in a convoy of 4×4 vehicles. Following your guide in the lead car, you’ll be able to drive a on the freeway of Fraser Island which is a 75 Mile Beach, then detouring inland, discovering freshwater lakes, you’ll be carried down lazy rivers and explore the stunning rainforest.
This is once in a lifetime and we want to make the most of your time on Fraser, so we’ll be staying overnight on the island, camping close to the beach and chilling with your new travel fam.

You’ve had a day in Australia’s most idyllic town, you’ve explored the world’s biggest sand island and now it’s time to tick off the #1 Aussie bucket list item, SURFING!
A million miles away from the hustle and bustle of many surf spots, this quiet Queensland town is the perfect place to paddle out and catch a wave. You’ll have the afternoon free to chill by the pool, hit the beach or head to the Carlo Sandblow, a stunning lookout on the mainland of Australia looking back onto Fraser Island.
Following this you’ll jump on the bus up North to Airlie Beach, the gateway to the next life-changing couple of days.

Day 5: Airlie Beach & The Whitsundays

THE WHITSUNDAYS! What more do we even need to say?
You will snorkel, swim and bask in the sun as you sail around 74 paradise islands off the Queensland coast. I know it sounds terrible so far so what you’ll also do is visit the world’s best beach.
With its squeaky white sands and turquoise water, Whitehaven Beach is something that will stick in your mind for life. It is the jewel in the crown of the island group and that swirling white sands view from the Hill Inlet Lookout will provide you with the perfect backdrop for that dream travel group photo.
You’ll be exploring this region on an iconic sailing boat that’s so fast you get to spend more time snorkelling and exploring Whitehaven. You and your travel family will toast a beer to an incredible sunset before calling it a night.
Where will you spend the night? On the Whitsundays, in paradise itself! Bunking up in the sail boat, so you will see sunrise from the ocean.

Day 7: Airlie Beach to Cairns

Travel up to Cairns.

Day 8: Cairns & Atherton Tablelands
Stop At: Atherton Tablelands, Cairns, Queensland Australia
Wow, what a trip it’s been so far! Today we will take the bus to our last destination, Cairns. We are now deep into tropical Queensland, a totally unique part of the world and the perfect place to finish your trip in style!
We will spend our first day exploring the waterfalls and rainforest of the Atherton Tablelands. We’ll pose in front of waterfalls, slide down natural waterslides, swim in volcanic crater lakes on the learning some pretty cool things about this different area.

Day 9: Cairns – Great Barrier Reef & Bungy Jump
Stop At: Cairns, Cairns, Cairns Region, Queensland
Cairns and its surrounds are made for adrenaline junkies. Whether it’s skydiving or white water rafting, this crazy town has it all and guess what?
These activities can all be organised with your guides whilst on tour. They’ve done all of these things before so they can answer anything and everything as well as get you booked in.
If all that adrenaline stuff isn’t for you and you want to have a chill day, that is completely fine. This is YOUR time and it’s up to you what you do with it. You can easily laze by the lagoon or check out the town, but we’d recommend taking advantage of being in Northern Queensland while you can.
That evening we have something special planned… We’re hosting a party, but not just anywhere. We’re going to party at the only bungy jump site in Australia, how crazy is that?! After an Aussie BBQ and a drink or two in the rainforest you’ll have the chance to face your fears by jumping off a 50 metre platform amongst the rainforest. Are you brave enough?

Day 10: Free Day
Stop At: Great Barrier Reef, Great Barrier Reef, Queensland
Cairns is the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, so what kind of trip would this be if it didn’t take you there?! You’ll spend a full day exploring and snorkelling the world’s biggest living organism and get this, if you want to Scuba Dive, you can do that too, we’ll just organise it closer to the time.
There’s nothing quite like experiencing the underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef.
We want you all to say a proper goodbye, so we’ve got a farewell dinner and drinks planned at Gilligans, Australia’s most famous party spot. This will be a night to remember!

This morning we’ll be saying our goodbyes and arranging your airport transfers. The real world awaits, but we can guarantee that you will go home with incredible memories, a new family of friends and bragging-rights from the time of your life up the East Coast of Australia!
