• You may get asked to present some form of ID to prove your child is under 3 years old to enter free of charge
• Tickets are valid from 5.30pm-9pm
• All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• No eskies, food or beverages can be brought into Dreamworld
• Queensland’s anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking within four metres of any entrance to a building or in children’s play areas. DreamWorld and WhiteWater World is a smoke free environment however, designated smoking areas have been provided. You can find out where on the Park Map, we thank you in advance for your cooperation

Terms And Conditions

• Shows and ride times are subject to change without notice.
• All tickets are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for
  re-sale to customers.
• Tickets are not redeemable for cash and are not valid after the displayed date. Once booking is made, date is final and
  cannot be exchanged for another event date due to but not limited to change of mind, wrong date booked or weather
  conditions.
• Event tickets are capped to prevent overcrowding.
• The entry price covers entry to the event only.
• Admission price includes entry, selected rides, shows, and attractions operated on the night of the event but does not
  include Ride Express, skill games, souvenir photographs, merchandise, food, and drinks.
• Entry is subject to all conditions displayed on this ticket and at the front entry.
• No animals may be brought onto the premises.
• Management reserves right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for failure to comply
  with any condition of entry.
• The Company takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable park.
• The Company will not be liable for any person in respect of any loss of or damage to the personal property of, or the loss of
  life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence
  (including the negligence of The Company) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot
  by law be contracted out of, for example, because of the Trade Practices Act.
• Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
• For your safety and comfort there are height, weight and age restrictions on some rides and attractions.
• Please refer to the park map and displayed signage for specific details. Adults / carers are responsible for persons under
  their supervision, and we recommend that you consider the decision to allow children to enter the park unaccompanied.
• The operation of some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.
• No eskies, food or beverages can be brought into Dreamworld.

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of entry
