Departure Location
- Aquaduck departs daily from Shop 34, Circle on Cavill, Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise
- Please meet at the reception desk to check in at least 15 minutes prior to your tour time. You will then be given your boarding passes and a crew member will escort you to the Duck when it arrives
Additional Information
- Due to COVID-19 restrictions capacity on Aquaduck Tours will be limited. All passengers will be allocated seats at the time of boarding
- This combo is not available for children under 3yrs, as they are not permitted to participate in iFly. You can book standalone Aquaduck tickets for young children and infant here. All infant tickets must be pre-booked on the Aquaduck
- Due to social distancing children are not able to drive the duck while on the water, however once parked at the end of the tour children will be able to sit in the driver’s seat for a photo. Children will still receive a Captains Certificate
- Just released – Free on board audio guide! Free on-board audio guide available in 7 languages – Chinese, Japanese. Korean, Italian, French, and German. With live onboard commentary provided in English, non English speaking guests now have the opportunity to listen to the commentary in their preferred language
- Guess can access the audio guide free of charge via their personal digital device (phone, tablet etc). They will require the device to be charged (our staff can provide access to charging port pre-tour if required)
- Headphones are required. Guests who do not have their own can purchase from Aquaduck reception on check in for $4
- Complimentary on board wifi access is provided to enable guests to access the online audio guide
- Once on board, guests connect to the onboard wifi and scan a QR code to access the online audio guide in their preferred language. They are prompted throughout the tour to select the relevant track number
