DESCRIPTION
Be emersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the native bush as you enjoy a chauffeured, guided walk to a local waterfall where the well-formed track meanders along a fern-lined gurgling brook. Explore the first signs of autumn as the flora prepares for the cooler weather ahead. We will enjoy the warm autumn day with a gourmet picnic lunch by the river, before heading to the vineyard to meet the winemaker, Ros Ritchie, or her husband John. Here we will learn about the process of winemaking from vine to bottle. Wine tasting is then our ‘reward’ as we relax after our morning walk, with new/old friends and sample the selection of cool climate reds and whites Ros has produced.
