FAQs

How much is entry for my child under 90cm?

• Children under 90cm can enter the park free of charge

Who is eligible for a disability/carer admission

• Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP) or Seniors Card (AGE) are eligible for a concession rate. Carers must be in possession of an Australian Government Carer (CAR) card, We Care Card or Companion Card and be caring for someone also entering the park with them. These cards will need to be presented at entry. Please note Adventure Park does not accept Australian Health Care Cards. Please note, disability/carer admission can only be arranged directly with the operator

Is there parking onsite?

• Yes, parking onsite is free of charge

Is the water heated?

• Adventure Park does not have heated water however, there are dry rides and attractions available

Can children visit the park on their own?

• Children under 14yrs are required to have an adult over the age of 16yrs accompany them

Are lockers available?

• Lockers are available in multiple locations throughout the park at a cost of $12. Locker hire machines accept coins, notes and cards

Can food be brought into the park?

• Adventure Park allows guests to BYO picnic Please note, commercial food such as; fast food, pizza and fish & chips are not permitted within the park. Additionally, BYO alcohol, glass and knives are not permitted

Is there a Smoking Policy?

• Adventure Park is a 100% smoke free park. There is a designated smoking zone located outside the park entrance

Does the park have First Aid facilities?

• Yes, there are 2 First Aid locations within the park

Can I wear goggles or glasses on the water slides/rides?

• As per the Australian Standard 3533.2 for the safety of all guests eyewear including goggles and prescription glasses are not permitted on any water slides or water rides

Can I take Digital Cameras, GoPros, Selfie Sticks or Mobile Devices on the rides?

• These items are not permitted on any rides or where an inherent risk presents to either ride or rider safety as per Adventure Park’s Rider Safety Guideline

Additional Information

• Tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE
• No extensions to tickets validity will be granted
• Mobile Vouchers are accepted it is best to download your digital ticket before arrival as mobile reception is limited at the park entrance
• Children under 14yrs are required to have an adult 16yrs or older accompany them
• Guests presenting a Seniors Ticket must provide valid proof of age at the front gate. If proof of age cannot be presented an upgrade fee will be charged
• Operating days and hours are subject to change. It is recommended that you contact Adventure Park directly prior to your planned visit to confirm the operating hours (Adventure Park’s contact details will be printed on your voucher)
• Rides and attractions may be closed throughout the season for maintenance/refurbishments or due to weather conditions. Refunds will not be provided due to these closures. Cancellation Policy

• Date changes to your experience can only be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior
• To transfer your booking to another date, verbal notification is required
• Email requests for transfer of date will not be accepted
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
