In the event the weather on the day of your experience is deemed unfit by the provider, you will be given the option to reschedule your experience free of charge for another time, or you may request for the full amount to be transferred into a gift voucher with the provider directly (valid for five years)

Cancellation Policy
*Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:
Cancellations within 30 days of the booking will incur a $100 admin fee
Cancellation within seven days of the booking will incur a 100% admin fee
*Cancellations for experiences that have been rescheduled in the past will incur a 100% admin fee
