Formed millions of years ago, the mysterious and magical Cutta Cutta Caves is home to an array of native wildlife in the heart of the Top End of Australia. Join this one hour guided walking tour to discover the fascinating history, flora and fauna of Katherine’s underground tropical cave system.
The only way you can visit Cutta Cutta Caves is by joining a guided tour that takes guests 15 metres below the surface to discover the maze of limestone caves near Katherine. As you wander through, guides will share with you intriguing tales of historical and cultural significance. Keep your eyes out for some of the furry occupants that call this nature park home including rare bat species, birds and endangered birds.
Cutta Cutta Caves is a seasonal experience typically open from April to October with guided walking tours offered several times a day.

- The guided tour involves walking of 1.5kms (round trip). The walking surface is uneven in some sections
- The caves are a warm humid environment so be prepared with light loose clothing and plenty of water
