The Margaret River region is rightly famous for its food and wine experiences and events and our Ultimate Taste of Margaret River (UTMR) we will take you on a culinary journey of the region without ever having to leave our farm.
You will taste and learn all about chocolate, coffee, liqueurs, preserves, olive oils and of course wines, from our award-winning brands The Margaret River Chocolate Company, Providore, Coward & Black Vineyards, Mount of Olives and The Margaret River Coffee Company.
Over two hours you will have a series of guided tastings, learn about coffee roasting and chocolate making, sample amazing wines and chocolate liqueurs and explore Providore’s organic gardens, chickens and working farm.
Our Coward & Black Vineyards’ mission is to nurture a world-class small vineyard and produce fruit driven wines with complex varietal characters, while our Mount of Olives produces cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and table olives from our organic Olive Groves.
We grow chemical-free vegetables and fruit, use organic free range fresh eggs to produce a premium range of Jams, Relishes, Chutneys and Sauces in house, by hand in small batches.
We love to showcase exciting and unusual ingredients from our region and share our passion for food, wine and coffee with you.
