- Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the tour proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If the provider deems the weather conditions unsafe, and the tour is cancelled, they will attempt to reschedule the tour at no cost or a credit voucher will be supplied
- Dress Code: Comfortable clothing and a warm jacket is strongly advised
- Accessibility: Boarding from this location requires a small step from wharf to vessel. There are some stairs down the wharf. Crew can assist as required

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Rescheduling will be at the discretion of the provider, and only where the alternate date has a scheduled tour proceeding and available tickets remaining
