DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for an exciting school holiday activity for your child? Look no further than MC Equestrian’s beginner to intermediate horse-riding camp! Children from all over come to participate in fun and engaging hands-on activities such as group riding instruction, mounted games, trail rides, feeding, grooming, and braiding. Our calm and well-schooled ponies and horses are great at teaching children and help to provide a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Located in the beautiful leafy suburbs of Terrey Hills, our first-class facilities include a large indoor, mirrored arena that can cater to all weather conditions, a full-length outdoor dressage arena, and two beginner outdoor arenas. Our experienced coaches and trained helpers facilitate a range of activities throughout the morning, giving parents the option to relax in an undercover, seated viewing area or a shaded grassed outdoor area with picnic tables while their young ones enjoy a memorable holiday experience that they’ll cherish for years to come.

- It is a 40-minute drive from Sydney CBD
- We have onsite parking just off Booralie Rd in the car park above the grounds and stables
What To Bring
- Comfortable full-length leggings, jeans or tight-fitting pants or jodhpurs are ideal, with layers on top e.g. a t-shirt and long-sleeved top or jacket (weather dependent)
- Covered shoes or boots with a small heel and smooth soles are essential
- We have a limited number of boots available in selected sizes to borrow if need be
- Riders will need an EA-certified helmet to ride
- We have a number of certified helmets in various sizes riders can borrow to use during the camp if required
Additional Information
- Minimum five years of age
- Maximum weight 75 kg
- Online registration and waiver must be completed at the time of booking
- Riders will stop for a short break for refreshments (not provided) mid-morning
- Riders must provide their height and weight at the time of booking to participate in this course
- Spectators are welcome to sit in our covered viewing area or outdoors on our shaded picnic table area
- Our covered indoor arena allows this experience to run in all weather conditions
- Accessibility: The majority of our grounds are wheelchair accessible
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
- No changes are permitted within 72 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
