Join our hands-on cooking class in the beautiful Barossa Valley, where you will immerse yourself in the world of gnocchi making using the freshest local ingredients. Under the expert guidance of a professional chef, you will create three different types of gnocchi. You will learn the art of rolling and shaping the dough, while discovering the unique flavours and textures of each variety, all while taking in the stunning views of Maggie Beers Farm. A truly unforgettable culinary experience!
HIGHLIGHTS
Hands-On Learning: Participants will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience making soft pillowy gnocchi from scratch.
Local Ingredients: The cooking class will emphasise the use of fresh, local ingredients from the Barossa Valley, such as potatoes, herbs, verjuice and cheese.
Cooking Methods: The class will cover different cooking methods for 3 types of gnocchi, such as boiling, frying, or baking.
