Pricing structure;
Our pricing structure is based on the season, whether low or high, and it varies accordingly. Availability may incur a slight change in our price. As weekends get close to our full capacity, expect the last spots to be more expensive.
Book in advance, secure your spot and pay less!
Payment options:
You can simply secure your spot and the original price with a small deposit of $80.00 (deposit not refundable), in case you change your mind) If you are after flexibility and have the option to either change your mind and/or reschedule your booking our Flexi – Refundable option was made for you.
By securing your spot and original price with a small deposit, you will only be required to pay the remaining balance four(4) weeks prior to your trip. (please, be mindful, in case the remaining balance is not paid, your booking will be automatically cancelled and your initial deposit won’t be refundable.)
We will be sending payment reminders weekly via e-mail.
IMPORTANT NOTE – DOUBLE ROOMS ARE LIMITED TO 3 ROOMS PER WEEKEND. PRICE DISPLAYED FOR DOUBLE ROOMS ARE FOR 2 PEOPLE.

The standard package includes transportation, meals, shared accommodation, park entry, and a shuttle.
Accommodation: The shared room sleeps 8 people and includes a bathroom, heating, and kitchenette. Suitable for singles, groups of friends, or couples who don’t mind potentially sharing with other people.
The hotel complex has a sauna, games room, disco, bar, and restaurant with delicious homestyle food. It also has a shed with a wide variety of snow equipment for rent.
This is a stress-free trip, so you won’t need to drive or worry about booking along the way. All you have to do is sit back and have fun!

The following expenses are not included in this package. They are optional and can easily be accessed via the hotel or at the National Park facilities.

Lift pass at Thredbo National Park (lift that will take you to the top of the mountain) Your access to the learning area is included in the package.
LIFT PASSES:
It can be purchased either from Thredbo’s website or in person, on the day. Due to a possible risk of selling out, we recommend you purchase them online at https://shop.thredbo.com.au/s/winter-passes/c/lift-passes-22 Passes can be arranged for one or multiple days.
Prices may vary according to the number of days purchased and time in advance.
It’s the perfect winter trip for a group of friends, couples, or families. Our tour guide Maikel will guide you through the mountains and make sure you’ll have the best time ever.
Buses depart on Friday evening from 812 George Street, Haymarket at 4 pm.
