With our Private Tour you have the benefit of having the farm, the animals & the farmer all to yourselves!
Our 60-acre property at picturesque Laharum in the Grampians, is surrounded by native trees, mountains and grass as far as the eye can see, giving you the opportunity to really get in touch with nature.
Your host Pam will met you on your arrival and walk with you to Hee-Haw Barn where our female resident donkeys Portia, Little Sue, Mitzy, Malibu, Lucy and Mia will be waiting for you to pat, brush and feed them.
When you are ready to leave Hee-Haw Barn, we will go to the Alpaca paddock to meet and feed the Alpacas.
On the way to the Sheep Paddock you will meet William and Shadow our male donkeys who don’t want to miss out on their treat! When we arrive at the Sheep Paddock, our sheep will run to greet you like a long lost friend. Depending on the time of year you may even see the Lambs.
During your walk Pam will share the History of Rosehaven Farms, the Donkeys, alpacas and dorper sheep and their animal habits. The tour is relaxed, interactive giving you the flexibility to tailor how much time you spend with the different animals so no two private tours are the same.
Rosehaven Farms private tour is a photographers dream as you get up close and personal with the farm animals, creating special on farm memories for you and your special people to remember for a lifetime.
** We understand that not everyone wants to be hands on, you can feed the animals from outside the paddock over the fence.
