Hands-on and demonstration cooking class
At Roving Larder, we offer a unique and immersive
culinary experience that combines hands-on cooking with a delightful
dining experience. Our cooking classes are designed to be interactive and
engaging, allowing you
to learn new cooking techniques and recipes while enjoying the process.
Our experienced chefs will guide you every step of the way.
After the cooking session, you will have the opportunity to
sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you have prepared, accompanied by a
curated selection of beverages. Join us for a memorable culinary journey,
where you can
indulge in the joy of cooking and dining.
ITINERARY
Everyone is encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the
class start time. After we sign you in, we’ll help you settle in with
nibbles and a welcome drink before we get started. This is a great
way to get to
know each other.
Your tutor will then lead you to the tuition area and
introduce you to the class plan, and we all get busy cooking up a
3-course menu dinner, before sitting down at the dining table eager
to eat the fruit of our labor. In great company, we raise our
glasses to our culinary accomplishment! … and raise any
remaining questions you may have too.

TECHNIQUES
During our class at Roving Larder, you will have
the opportunity to learn a variety of techniques that will enhance your
culinary skills. We will cover a range of techniques including
1- making fresh pasta dough, using a pasta
machine to roll out the dough,
2- preparing delicious sauces,
3- deep frying, and
4- oven baking.
These techniques will not only expand your
culinary repertoire but also provide you with the confidence to create a
wide range of dishes in your own kitchen. We are excited to share our
knowledge and passion for cooking with you and look forward to seeing you

SAMPLE MENU
At Roving Larder, we are delighted to present our sample
menu for the Sicilian Fresh Pasta Cook and Dine class. This culinary
experience is designed to take you on a journey through the flavors of
Sicily, showcasing the
best of homemade Italian cuisine. Our menu features:
– Homemade Ricotta and Spinach Agnolotti in a
Rich Tomato Sauce: Delicate pasta parcels filled with a citrussy ricotta and
spinach mixture, served in a flavorful tomato sauce.
– Traditional Lasagna: A classic Italian dish with
layers of fresh pasta, rich tomato sauce, creamy bechamel sauce, and a
generous amount of cheese.
– Arugula Salad: A refreshing salad made with
peppery arugula, oven-roasted walnuts, finely sliced pear, and shreds of
Parmesan, all tossed in a traditional balsamic dressing.
– Affogato: A delightful dessert consisting of a
scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream topped with a shot of hot espresso
and a shot of Frangelico, served with crispy Crostoli.
