When things go wrong in the bush, staying alive shouldn’t be a matter of luck; it should be about knowledge.
We offer expert programs that impart life-saving bush survival skills. Through a practical hands-on experience you will connect with nature and develop bush skills.
With this 2 day, one night course you will learn the following
- Off track navigation with map and compass
- Navigation using the sun and stars
- What to do when you are lost
- Skills for when things go wrong
- Techniques to shelter from the elements
- Finding and collecting water
- Creating fire by friction, flint and steel
- Bush tucker plants and medicines
- Making natural cordage
- Campfire cooking
Programs can also be customised to suit the needs of the group, the types of activities in which you are interested in.
