The Young Chefs Kitchen -“Bella Italia” Extravaganza
Hands-on and demonstration cooking for teenagers
BORING BUT IMPORTANT STUFF
Morning classes start at 9 am. Afternoon classes start at 1
pm.
Everyone is encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before each
class start time.
Beginner friendly. Participants under 13 must
be accompanied by an enrolled grown-up.

What to bring?
Nothing. But for safety reasons, please WEAR CLOSED SHOES.

“Bella Italia” Extravaganza
- Fresh Pasta: Roll out silky sheets of pasta. Fettuccine, tagliatelle, or ravioli—your call!
- Cannoli Creation: Pipe ricotta filling into delicate cannoli shells. A Sicilian delight.
- Crostoli: Fry up these crispy ribbons, dusted with powdered sugar. Nonna would approve!
- Italian Hot Chocolate: Thick, rich, and utterly decadent. Sip like a Venetian gondolier.
