At the Hunter Valley Zoo we are greeted by friendly welcoming animal handers personally and treated to an educational walk through the zoo You will learn about our Australian animals, meet an Australian wombat, say hello to an Aussie Kangaroo, lookout for cute fair dinkum Koalas in a gum tree, spot a real-life Australian outback Dingo. See and hear the unique calls of an Australian Jabiru, Emu, Sulpha Crested Cockatoo, Galah, Kookaburra’s and more.
Hunter Valley Zoo’s friendly keepers are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Located in the Ben Ean Complex at the beautiful historic Lindeman’s Estate.
You can experience handmade cheese, decadent fudge, famous gelato, giftware and more there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Stop by and enjoy the magical views and take a photograph or two at the famous Audrey Wilkinson Vineyards. Aged only 15 years, with his father having died, Audrey assumed the daunting role of running the family’s vineyard. Audrey was blessed with a wonderful sense of taste, and produced some of the finest wines in Australia. He left this lasting legacy: “It’s all about the wine.”

Enjoy lunch at new 4 Pines, once known as Matilda Bay Brewery Pokolbins first brewhouse where you can experience the unique Beer Tasting Paddle with accompanying tasting notes for each of the 12 craft brews. Enjoy the regular ‘special’ brews, the famous Alcoholic Ginger Beer, lagers, ales, cider, even a nitrogen fired Stout.
