Booking Terms:
- The Earp Distilling Co. team are here to help as much as possible. If you need to cancel your booking or reschedule, we will happily accommodate this up to 2 days before your booking. Please note that within 2 days of your scheduled booking, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. No shows will not be charged a no-show fee, but we will retain full payment as compensation.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry, service or ask you to leave for any behaviour that is deemed anti-social or contravenes the Responsible Service of Alcohol. We abide by the Responsible Service of Alcohol at all times, in all parts of our venue.
- Participants must be over the age of 18+ years, with accompanying minors not allowed.
- Tickets will be supplied as a confirmation email, which includes a QR code. This QR code needs to be shown at time of arrival to check you in to the experience.
