-All our guided tasting fees are included in the tour cost.
-if you have booked the bus as a private tour your selected tasting fees are at own expense where available.
-we don’t have a meal break on the afternoon tour and no eating or byo alcohol on the bus.
-Your accredited local owner operator tour guide will escort you to your pre booked cellar doors and activities.
– We usually Visit 3 boutique 5 Star cellar doors before private cheese,chocolate and organic vodka schnapps tastings if available.
– We Pick you up from your local wine country accommodation eg Pokolbin AROUND 12.30pm – 1.00pm on the 4 hour guided tour please be ready to go10 minutes prior to you pickup time so you don’t miss your tour and we don’t miss pre booked cellar doors etc.
– If you are outside the local central Pokolbin area eg: 15minutes drive from Hunter Valley Gardens Pokolbin and IF we can organise the tour around your pickup and return location a small fee WILL apply that you agree to by booking the non local area pickup !

– If for ANY reason you cancel or need to change a tour date a 20% of tour booking fee will apply.
