Titillate your taste buds with Tempus Two’s Premium Semillon and Sashimi Experience. Come and experience the pairing of some of the best vintages of premium Hunter Valley Semillon perfectly paired with traditional Japanese Sashimi, prepared by local restaurant Oishii. Your booking will include tastings of the 2016, 2014 and 2002 UNO Semillon, a selection of freshly prepared tuna, kingfish and salmon carpaccio, as well as a private table and staff member to guide you through the tasting experience. The experience fulfills a 30 minute period, a perfect afternoon light meal for up to 2 people.
