Tulloch Wines Welcomes You to the Wonnarua Sparkling Wine Tasting Experience
Immerse yourself in the rich culture and traditions of the Wonnarua Nation and people with our exclusive Wonnarua Wine Tasting Experience at Tulloch Wines. In collaboration with local Wonnarua Elder, Uncle Warren, this experience is a tribute to the land and community we call home. For every booking made, $5 will be donated to help protect and maintain Wonnarua significant sites.
ANIGUNYA (hello & welcome) to Tulloch Wines! Step onto the sacred land of the Wonnarua people, the original custodians of the Hunter Valley, and embark on a journey like no other. Begin your morning experience with a virtual Welcome to Country Smoking Ceremony, led by Uncle Warren. Listen as Uncle Warren welcomes you to his land, sharing some history and culture of the Wonnarua Nation.
Following this immersive introduction, learn the history of Tulloch Wines and their 4 generations of family history in the area. Indulge in a unique Wine Tasting experience showcasing our fine sparkling wines – the Vineyard Selection Cuvée, Cellar Door Release Prosecco and Cellar Door Release Verscato. Delight your palate with a shared ‘Brunch board’ featuring indigenous bush foods and botanicals. Savour the flavours including Scone with Kakadu Plum Jam, Smoked Salmon with Labna and Lemon Myrtle, Hummus with Saltbush Macadamia Nut Dukkah, Cheddar & Brie with Bush Tomato Relish.
This exceptional wine tasting experience includes:

At Tulloch, we take pride in our family-friendly and inclusive environment, catering to guests of all ages and preferences. Whether you’re accompanied by children, teenagers, or non-drinkers, we ensure a memorable and welcoming experience for all. Advance booking is required for all visitors, and we offer accessible parking and seamless entry to our Cellar Door for those with specific access or mobility needs. Guide and support dogs are also warmly welcomed inside our premises and other dogs on the balcony.
Junior Experience (Child) – Let the kids get involved and keep them entertained whilst you enjoy your wine tasting with our specially prepared Tulloch Junior Experience with a Wonnarua themed activity pack, 4 different soft drinks, 4 matching snacks (nut free). Teens Experience (Teenager) – A sophisticated experience to be enjoyed by your teens whilst you enjoy your Tulloch wine tasting. A selection of 3 Mailer McGuire specialty Kombuchas paired with a local cheese box. Suitable for Teens 13-17yrs and other non-drinkers in your group.
