DESCRIPTION
Take a seat at the Brix Distillery Bar and experience an intimate session with one of our passionate team members, learning about the processes and craft involved in developing our range of locally made rums. We will take you on a guided journey through the Brix range, looking at the aromas and flavours of each rum with an education session on how rum is created using molasses, fermentation, distillation and maturation. Conducted in house at our urban distillery and bar, seated at the bar or in the Brix restaurant.
