Additional Information
- Infants (0-2yrs) are free of charge
- For the health of the animals, staff and other guests, smoking is not permitted within the park grounds. A designated smoking area has been provided for the convenience of guests outside the grounds near the car park exit
Terms And Conditions
- Annual Passes must be activated within 12 months of date of purchase. Passes are valid for 12 months from activation date
- Photo ID must be presented at entry each use
- Valid for use every day except Christmas Day (25 December)
- Pass is not transferable or redeemable for cash
- Annual Pass cannot be refunded once purchased
- Children must be aged between 3-15 years
- Lost or stolen Annual Passes will incur a $10 replacement fee
- Annual Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer
- Annual pass holders must adhere to the terms and conditions of park entry
- All Kids Free applies to all children in one family
- Guests must provide a current Medicare card upon redemption of all Family Annual Passes
- Only the children recorded on your family’s Medicare card can are eligible to receive a free Annual Pass
