DESCRIPTION
Visitors to Featherdale Wildlife Park will be welcomed by animal keepers into the exclusive Koala Kindy for an extraordinary once in a lifetime animal encounter. Koalas are one of Australia’s most popular animals and you can get up close and personal on this private experience in Greater Sydney.
Step inside the enclosure and assist keepers with the placing of Eucalyptus leaves into their feeding pots before having a private moment with the koalas which will assist keepers with their conditional training. The Koala Kindy experience is available daily at 10.30am and 11am (subject to availability) and entry tickets to Featherdale Wildlife Park must be purchased separately. Additional Information
- Please note that General Admission to the park is not included
- All children 15 years and below must be accompanied by a paying adult encounter ticket and it is the responsibility of the adult to supervise the child at all times
- The animal welfare is to be determined by the Featherdale Keeper at all times, and the Keeper reserves the right to cease the encounter at any time
- All participants must be able to follow all instructions given by the Featherdale Keeper throughout the encounter, and you agree to act at all times in a safe and appropriate manner
- A minimum of 7 days notice is required prior to your encounter for any changes made to your booking
- Encounter tickets are non-refundable
- Guests must be at the meeting point 1 hour prior to the start of the encounter
- Featherdale Wildlife Park recommends arriving to the park a minimum of 30 minutes prior to this experience
- Guests will meet a keeper at the meeting point where they will be given a safety brief and introduction to the encounter before entering the enclosure
