Calling all foodies! Wine and dine your way around the Opera House’s restaurants and bars at this progressive long lunch experience. During the intimate 5 course lunch, guests are taken on a 3 hour guided dining experience.
At Opera Bar, guests will embrace their inner bartender in a cocktail-making class led by one of the venue’s master mixologists and enjoy a fresh seafood tasting plate.
Then it’s on to Opera Kitchen where guests will be welcomed with a house-made salumi plate, a beer and breathtaking views whilst you prepare a perfect poke bowl.
For mains, Head Chef at Portside Sydney Karl Patrick Thomas will prepare a 12-hour braised Riverina lamb shoulder, accompanied by a seasonal side dish, bread and matching NSW wine.
To finish, guests will venture underneath the Opera House sails for Bennelong’s new dessert, the Chocolate Crackle, by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore, served with a side of live jazz music, performed by Australia’s best musicians.
