- This tour operates over a sandbar and as such there may be times when the departure time may vary to the depth of the sandbar and the tide. In these instances you will be notified in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Rescheduling date and time is available up until 24 hours prior to departure. If customer has emergency and is unable to attend please phone 0466 349 122 to discuss alternatives.
- If customer is sick or unwell please encourage them to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule their booking. We will not accept rescheduling after the tour has departed.
