How It Works
How to use your Dine & Discover Voucher
Step 1: Redeem your Voucher
- First up, you’ll need to register for your vouchers, click here
- Once registered, your vouchers will appear on your Service NSW app in the voucher section
Step 2: Book using your Voucher
- Once you have received your Dine & Discover voucher, you are now able to book your tickets using your unique voucher code
- Select the amount of travellers and your preferred date and session time. When checking out, be sure to click the box that says ‘Have a Dine & Discover NSW voucher?’ and then enter your unique Dine & Discover voucher code
- You can use a maximum of one Dine & Discover voucher per transaction
Step 3: Visit us
- You have now booked with your Dine & Discover voucher and it is time to visit us! Be sure to have your tickets ready on your phone, or printed out ready to be scanned
- You will have noticed when booking you selected a time slot – be sure to arrive around 5 minutes before your time slot so you can enter on time!

Operating Hours
- Open 5 days a week from 10am to 4pm (last entry 3pm)
- SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays outside of school holiday periods
- During NSW school holidays we will be open 7 days a week from 10am to 4pm (last entry 3pm)
- Ensure you visit SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium at the date and time selected on your tickets
- Latecomers may not be allowed entry
- Once inside the attraction you may stay as long as you wish
- To make the most of your visit, we recommend allowing at least 90 minutes to walk through the attraction

Additional Information
- All children under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult (18yrs or over). Child tickets cannot be purchased individually, they must be combined with an adult ticket
- This product is not refundable or transferable, with a 100% cancellation fee

- You are required to select a date and time for your visit when making your online purchase
- Ensure you visit the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium at the date and time you select. Latecomers may not be allowed entry
- You can use a maximum of one Dine & Discover Voucher per transaction
- Once inside the attraction you may stay as long as you wish
- Pre-purchased tickets are only valid for the date you have selected upon purchase. If presenting a ticket on a date other than the date you have selected, additional fees may apply or admission denied
- Confirmation in the form of an entry voucher will be received upon completion of successful purchase
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of entry
