How It Works

• Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu have a maximum capacity of 8 guests and a minimum capacity of 4 guests.
• The dining dome will be exclusive to your group, throughout the duration of the booking.
• You will be assigned our wait staff whom will look after you throughout your booking
• A 5 course degustation menu will be available for diners in our dining dome by Luna Lu.
• You will receive a welcome cocktail upon arrival.
• Drinks are available to purchase on consumption, alternatively we have a bespoke dining dome beverage package available.
• The 5 course degustation menu is a compulsory element of your dining dome experience.

• Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu will be available during VIVID, from the 27th May 2022 – 18th June 2022.
• Dining Dome booking times: 12pm-2:30pm; 3:30pm-6pm; 7pm-9:30pm

COURSE 1

• Appellation Oysters – Premium grade fresh oysters from Merimbula served natural or with Caviar Oscietra and finger lime

COURSE 2

• Kataifi Prawns – Kataifi wrapped tiger prawns, yuzu avocado, sweet and spiced mayo and fresh starfruit
• Black Truffle Duck Spring Rolls – Roasted duck, premium grade Italian black truffle and porcini mushrooms, served with a ginger vinaigrette.
• Hirsama King Fish – Cured silver skin King Fish served with a wasabi emulsion and fresh kiwi salsa, dressed with a yuzu ginger dressing and rainbow trout caviar. Served with crunchy lotus chips

• Mixed Dim Sim Platter

• Shanghai Toothfish (df)(gfo) – Miso glazed pan fried Glacier 51 Toothfish, served with a shisho, wild tiger beetroot and green mango salad.
• Sweet and Sour Chicken (gfo)(dfo) – Honey and lemon glazed crispy free-range chicken served with charred pineapple and crispy buttered plantain
• MB6+ Wagyu Beef (gfo)(dfo) – 200g Grass fed Ranger Valley Wagyu beef cubes wok fried with onion and asparagus, seasoned with sweet wasabi

• Edamame Fried Rice (v)(gf) – Spinach fried rice with edamame, broccolini and snow peas
• XO Asparagus (gf) – Chargrilled asparagus with Luna XO sauce and charred hazelnut

Terms And Conditions

• A credit card will be required to secure your Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu reservation
• 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 7 days of your booking
• 10% Public holiday and Sunday surcharge applies
• The duration of your reservation will be 2.5 hours. Failure to depart on time will incur a $500 penalty fee.
• External decorations are permitted, however a $200 cleaning fee applies if any external decorations/rubbish are left behind. No confetti permitted.
• No smoking or vaping permitted inside the Dining Dome’s by Luna Lu.
• By making a booking, you agree to all of the above Term’s and Condition’s

Booking Information

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
