- Passengers who opt to BYO alcoholic beverages, must have sufficient ID/proof of age to show to the crew if requested. There’s a minimum of eight and maximum of 25 participants
- Weather: Cruises are generally not affected by weather and the tour proceeds in all weather conditions, as vessels contain indoor and outdoor areas. If the provider deems the weather conditions unsafe, and the tour is cancelled, they will attempt to reschedule the tour at no cost or a credit voucher will be supplied

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Rescheduling will be at the discretion of the provider, and only where the alternate date has a scheduled tour proceeding and available tickets remaining
