You’ll veer off the main track and perhaps head down a laneway or side street to get the real sense of a city, and that’s what you’ll do in the company of a local on the Hidden Secrets of Darwin walk.
Exploring an arcade or two, posing for a photo before one of Darwin’s colourful street art murals, a little bit of history, a touch of public art and a look at buildings old and new is awaiting you on this 2-hour walking tour. You’ll discover the serene Chinese Temple, visit the unexpected HMS Beagle Ship Bell Chime and appreciate some of the award-winning street art complete with AR (augmented reality), as well as enjoy a refreshment break for a drink and a chat.
Walking in the cool of the day with a local and seeing the sights of Darwin, Australia, is a relaxed way to spend your morning.

Raintree Park under the John McDouall Stuart statue, corner of Smith Street Mall and Knuckey Street. Look for the person in the bright orange shirt.
