Overview:
Our Signature four course Dinner Cruise offers guests an exquisite culinary experience on the serene waters of Darwin Harbour. This exclusive cruise features a carefully curated menu showcasing fine local cuisines, crafted by our chefs using the freshest regional ingredients, where guests can savour the best the Top End has to offer.
Cruising 7 nights a week, we begin boarding at 5pm and return at around 8pm.
What’s Included:
Our chefs have crafted a selection of small tasters that highlight the local and native ingredients of the Top End.
Enjoy some of the Territory’s freshest ocean caught seafood for entrees, followed by a choice between our catch of the day or a tender beef scotch fillet for mains. To accompany main course, we have a selection of fresh salads which guests can help themselves to.

Opening Delights:
‘Amuse Bouche’ – A ‘Mouth Amuser’ with compliments from our chef.
An amuse bouche is a small, bite-sized appetiser served before the entree & main courses. Its purpose is to provide a taste of the chef’s style and set the tone for the dining experience. Typically, it’s crafted to excite the palate and introduce the meal with a burst of flavour.
At Cape Adieu, our amuse bouche features locally sourced ingredients, showcasing the vibrant flavours of the Top End. It’s designed to be a delightful and surprising treat, offering guests a unique preview of the creative and fresh dishes to follow.
From the Big Blue Paddock:
Enjoy some of the Territory’s freshest seafood featuring a beautiful selection of oceanic delicacies. This includes freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters, celebrated for their exceptional quality and delicate flavour, directly from Australia’s most renowned oyster region, as well as freshly caught and cooked NT Banana Prawns, presented with lemon wedges, seafood sauce, and cocktail dipping sauces.

(Spanish Mackerel, Snapper, Jewfish, Barramundi or King Thread Fin Salmon, dependent on daily catch)

All our products are sourced locally and in line with sustainable practices.
We have a Fully Licensed bar with an extensive menu of drinks available for purchase. For your convenience, we will run a tab for you to settle at the end of the cruise.
Drinks:
While you’re welcome to bring a special bottle for a special occasion, please note that space for eskies and ice is limited. We have recently invested in our capacity to offer a wide range of beer, wines and spirits, with over 50 items on board available for purchase and we truly thank you for supporting us!
Getting there:
Please meet us at Dock 3, Stokes Hill Wharf at 5pm to begin boarding, returning at around 8pm.
Please Note:
– On occasion it may be necessary that bookings for 2 guests be seated at a shared table of 6 total.
– Dinner is a set menu, with a mixture of table and self service and not all dietary requirements can be accommodated.
