Overview:
Our Signature four course Sunset Dinner Cruise offers guests an exquisite culinary experience on the serene waters of Darwin Harbour. This exclusive cruise features a carefully curated menu showcasing fine local cuisines, crafted by our chefs using the freshest regional ingredients, offering you an authentic Taste of the Top End.
Cruising 7 nights a week through the dry season, we begin boarding at 5pm and return at around 8pm.

For entrées, savour the freshest ocean-caught seafood, showcasing the pristine waters of the Territory. Delight in freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters, prized for their premium quality and delicate flavour, along with freshly cooked NT Banana Prawns, served with a touch of local fresh flavours that highlight the vibrant ingredients of the region.
For your main course, choose between our renowned Territory barramundi, perfectly cooked to bring out its delicate, flaky texture, or a tender, succulent beef steak. Both are paired with crisp, fresh salads to complement the rich flavours of the dishes.

Seating: Seating is allocated prior to boarding. If you wish to be seated with friends or family of a seperate booking, please make a note of this in your booking or notify our office at least 24 hours prior to boarding.

Meet us at Dock 3, Stokes Hill Wharf (Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the boarding time).
Boarding: From 5:00pm
Return: Around 8:00pm
Please Note:
Seating & Weight Balance
Tables have set seating to allow us to safely manage the weight and balance of the vessel. If you are travelling with others under a separate booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can seat you together where possible.
Open-Air Experience
This is an outdoor, open-air experience. You may be seated in the late afternoon sun, and it is your responsibility to bring hats, sunscreen, sunglasses, or any other items you may need for sun protection.
Seating Requests
If you are sensitive to sun and require a more shaded seat, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance. On occasion it may be necessary that some bookings will be seated together – please let us know if you would prefer a private table, but keep in mind, we can’t always guarantee this due to safe weight and balance restrictions.
Dining & Dietary Requirements
As a converted working vessel, we have very limited space for food storage and therefore operate with a set menu. If you have specific dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance. Without prior notice, we may not be able to cater to your needs on the day.
Please make a note in your booking (or simply notify our office) for any food allergies, mobility, seating issues or special requests at time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to boarding. We aim to accomodate everyone and ensure all our guests have a great experience, but if we do not receive prior notice, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request on the day.
