30 minute Scenic Flight from Cooinda

Kakadu, Northern Territory

Best seen from the air, enjoy aerial views over the World Heritage Listed Kakadu National park on a 30 minute scenic flight departing from Cooinda Lodge.

Cooinda is located very near the South Alligator River and adjacent to the world acclaimed Yellow Water Billabong. What you don’t see from the ground is Yellow Water feeding into the tidal South Alligator River and the amazing colour variations of many more floodplains as the river winds seaward.

Kakadu is a region of changing landscapes, impressive land forms, dynamic ecosystems and rugged wilderness. To gain a real appreciation and see untouched lands, a scenic flight is a must.

You will enjoy unique views as you explore Australia’s largest National Park.

This flight includes recorded and live commentary from your pilot as you fly through these spectacular ancient lands.
