Kata Tjuta Afternoon: operates on select days between April & May only
Make the most of your afternoon in the Red Centre with a return transfer to Kata Tjuta (The Olgas). This service is ideal for those who want to explore but return to the resort before sunset.
On the way, enjoy a stop at the sand dune viewing area for stunning photos of the domes. Once at Kata Tjuta, you can choose between:
- The Walpa Gorge walk (approx. 1 hour return)
- Or the longer Valley of the Winds walk (approx. 3 hours return)
Your driver will provide clear instructions for pick-up times, collecting Walpa Gorge and Valley of the Winds walkers separately. You’ll then return to your accommodation in Yulara in the late afternoon, in time to enjoy your evening plans.
Inclusions:

- Photo opportunity at the Kata Tjuta viewing platform
- Choose to take the Walpa Gorge or Valley of the Winds Walk
- Return to hotel prior to sunset
Not included:
- Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park pass is required for entry. Passes are not included in your bus ticket and can be purchased online at Parks Australia.gov.au
- Tour guide – self-guided option to complete the walk at your own pace within the recommended timeframe
- Sunset is not included in this ticket
