Day 1: Arrival

Welcome to Cairns and Tropical North Queensland. An amazing destination on the doorstep of the Great Barrier Reef and ancient World Heritage Rainforest.

You’ll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Please note check-in is after 11am. If you arrive earlier, you’re free to leave your bags and spend some time exploring Cairns city either on your own or join a guided tour (at your own expense). Day 2: GREEN ISLAND FULL DAY TOUR
Stop At: Great Barrier Reef, Cairns, Queensland Australia
Green Island is the only Great Barrier Reef island to have rainforest. It’s been popular with visitors for decades and offers golden beaches, fringing reefs and island boardwalks. You’ll enjoy a relaxing full day tour, where you can choose to do as much, or little, as you like. Embrace the option of snorkeling or swimming in the crystal-clear island waters, straight from the beach, or float across the reef looking through large viewing windows on the glass bottom boat tour. Your day includes a delicious freshly prepared buffet lunch, served in air-conditioned comfort. Green Island is a natural paradise, surrounded by white sandy beaches and the beautiful coral gardens of the Great Barrier Reef.

Day 3: DAINTREE RAINFOREST FULL DAY TOUR
Stop At: Palm Cove Beach, 111 Williams Esplanade, Palm Cove, Queensland 4879 Australia
Drive through Palm Cove for a look at this beautiful northern beach of Cairns
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Port Douglas, Port Douglas, Queensland
Spectacular views along Four Mile Beach and sweeping views back towards Cairns from the lookout and drive through the village of Port Douglas
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Mossman Gorge, Daintree National Park, Queensland 4873 Australia
Mossman Gorge, where we refresh with local tea, coffee or a cold drink, before exploring this secluded gorge and rainforest paradise. The cool, clear waters of Mossman River tumble through and over giant granite boulders. We’ll take a guided walk and you have the opportunity for a swim, should you wish to do so.

enjoy a quality restaurant lunch in the rainforest on the banks of the Daintree River, with a choice of meals available. Served with exotic tropical fruits and presentation, local tea, coffee and tropical fruit juice.

Spectacular views over the mouth of the Daintree through the rainforest and back along the coast towards Cairns await

Stop At: Cape Tribulation Beach, Cape Tribulation, Queensland Australia
Cape Tribulation is where the rainforest meets the reef and you can take it all in from the Kulki Lookout. This is the most northern point of our day tour adventure, so from here we begin the journey home

Stop At: Solar Whisper Wildlife and Crocodile Cruises on the Daintree river, Cairns side (south side ) of the car ferry, Cape Tribulation Rd, Lower Daintree QLD 4873, Australia
Enjoy a one hour cruise on the mighty Daintree River aboard the smallest, quietest and most eco-friendly vessel on the river. Keep your eyes out for wildlife and take in the expert commentary whilst floating along amongst the World’s most diverse mangrove ecosystem.
