Hosted by our Group Sommelier or Winemaker, guests will learn about how food and wine work together and what styles of wines works with various types of food. The wine and food masterclass revolves around six dishes and wine pairings that in total will be the equivalent to a full meal. Allow 90-120 minutes.
• Charcuterie board – cured meats, pickles, relish, bread
• Free range Granite Belt pork – Free range Granite Belt Pork with miso glazed sweet potato, broccoli and bacon puree, bok choy
• Sticky banana pudding – Sticky banana pudding, caramelised banana, butterscotch, date ice cream
