Pass By: Cooktown, Cooktown, Cook Shire, Queensland

Departing Cairns, on your fabulous Cairns To Cooktown 4WD Tour, we head due North and take in magnificent views of the Coral Sea as we head towards Port Douglas. Continuing North, it is not long before we cross the mighty Daintree River via vehicle ferry and make our way through the ancient Daintree Rainforest. If we’re lucky, we may even see a Cassowary! We’ll also go for a secluded beach walk at Thornton Beach right on the edge of the rainforest, where the “rainforest meets the reef”.
