DESCRIPTION
Cruise along an ancient avenue of mangrove forests bursting with life as you connect with land and sea on this Deadly After Dark sunset cruise from Cairns with canapes. As the sun begins to dip below the Great Dividing Range to the west of Cairns, your local guide will push off from the Cairns Marina bound for the wetlands of East Trinity Reserve.
Discover an Indigenous Protected Area and take part in a traditional Welcome to Country and Smoking and Cleansing Ceremony. Over the course of two hours, you’ll hear ancient language spoken and learn of practices and traditional implements that are still in use today. Munch on light canapes and sip on non-alcoholic beverages served throughout the evening. After the tour, you’ll gently cruise back to Cairns with a front row seat to a brightly lit up harbour revealing the city lights.
