DESCRIPTION
Discover Cape Tribulation and sleep in the world heritage listed Daintree Rainforest on this overnight tour from Cairns and Port Douglas. Over two action packed days, this immersive guided tour includes all the top things to do in North Queensland.
Begin with a scenic Great Barrier Reef drive to the award winning Wildlife Habitat in Port Douglas. Learn about an array of Australian wildlife and cuddle up to a koala or be brave and swim with a saltwater crocodile (additional costs apply). Arriving at Mossman Gorge, take part in a traditional Welcome to Country Smoking Ceremony and join your guide on a tranquil rainforest walk. In the afternoon, cross the Daintree River to settle in at your rainforest accommodation for the evening. Gaze at the stars on a night walk and set the alarm for a breathtaking beach sunrise.
On day two, explore the rainforest or book optional extra Ocean Safari to snorkel The Great Barrier Reef. The final afternoon will see you enjoying a Daintree Ice Cream, admiring the views from the Rex Lookout and cruise the Daintree River looking for crocodiles before saying farewell to new friends.
