DESCRIPTION
Race down the rapids of one of Australia’s best rafting destinations; the Tully River near Cairns. Departing from a range of Cairns or Mission Beach accommodations or if self-driving to the departure location, you’ll soon be on your way for one of the best and most invigorating experiences in Far North Queensland. With a total of 5 hours spent on the grade 3 to 4 rapids, you’ll finish the experience feeling like a professional. No prior experience is required as the operator will provide all necessary tuition to ensure you enjoy your journey safely. With all equipment supplied as well as a delicious barbecue lunch, you’ll be well catered for on this full day adventure.
Each raft is controlled by a highly trained river guide, who teaches you the correct techniques during the day, and who will share with you the history and wonders of this magnificent landscape which few get to see. No matter your experience these rapids can provide quite challenging at times, requiring you to hold on sometimes, however that is all the fun of it.

- Self-Drive – please meet at the Feluga Hotel by 8.45am (return at approx. 4pm. Please choose the "Feluga at 08:45am" location from the pick up list
- From Mission Beach – transfers commence from approx. 7.45am (return at approx. 5pm). Please choose your Mission Beach accommodation from the pick up list. If you have not yet booked accommodation, please choose the "Mission Beach Visitor Information Centre 55 Porter Promenade at 07:55am" from the pick up list
- From Cairns – transfers commence from approx. 6.30am (return at approx. 6pm). Please choose your Cairns accommodation from the pick up list. If you have not yet booked accommodation, please choose the "TBA at 06:15am" from the pick up list

Additional Information
- A Medical Questionnaire, Release & Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Forms are required to be completed prior to participation in white water rafting
- No prior white water rafting experience is necessary, however good health and a positive attitude are essential
- Minimum age is 13yrs
- Rafting is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant
- Please advise dietary requirements at time of reconfirmation
