What To Bring
- Please wear socks. It is recommended to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, picnic blanket and some form of shade if needed. Spare change of clothes is also recommended for hot days where water guns are used to keep cool.

- You are allowed to bring your own food or drinks.
- This experience runs in windy conditions or with light rain. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the experience may be cancelled, rescheduled or postponed if safety is a concern.

- Children under 5 years require an accompanying parent or carer
- Each under 5 years ticket comes with a free parent or carer ticket called a Companion Pass
- Please bring your QR Code, either on your phone or hard copy. Make your way to the concierge to check in and get your wristbands
- Lockers are not available at the event, but you can leave your belongings safely with our staff at the ticket office at no charge

Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

- In the case of no-show or late arrivals, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date.
