The 12 month annual pass also includes entry to neighbouring waterpark WhiteWater World during it’s seasonal operations, where you can splash into the pool on some of the most thrilling water rides. Slip and slide on The Bro, The Wedgie, The Green Room, Triple Vortex and Super Tubes Hydrocoaster. Younger children can also cool down from the sun at Wiggles Bay splash zone.
Finally, the 12 month pass includes entry to SkyPoint Observation Deck to enjoy 360 degree views of the Gold Coast skyline and surrounding Gold Coast hinterland. This is the only beachside observation deck in Australia and the views are spectacular. Visit during day or night for a completely different view of the city.

- From 5th October – 9th December – 10:30am until 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am until 5pm Saturdays and Sundays
- From 10th December open daily from 10am to 5pm
- Closed on Christmas Day (25th December) and ANZAC Day (25th April).

WhiteWater World
- From 5th October – 5th December – 10:30am to 4pm Fridays and 10am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays. CLOSED from Monday to Thursday
- On 1st and 2nd December open from 10.30am to 4pm
- From 6th – 9th December open from 10.30am to 4pm (Monday to Thursday)
- From 10th December to 23rd January open from 10am to 5pm
- 25th April and 25th December – CLOSED
SkyPoint Observation Deck
- Current opening hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 6.30pm, Saturday from 7.30am to 8pm, Sunday 7.30am to 6.30pm and CLOSED Tuesday.
- Special Operating hours are as follows: 2nd December CLOSED, 11th December open from 7.30am to 4pm, 17th December open from 10am to 2.45pm, 18th December open from 7.30am to 5pm, and 31st December open from 7.30am to 4pm
- Closed on Christmas Day (25th December)
- After 8pm, SkyPoint becomes an over 18’s venue. Smart dress code applies & 18+ ID required
- Closing time may vary subject to demand. SkyPoint reserves the right to change operating hours at any time
- Last entry to the deck is 30 minutes prior to closing time
- SkyPoint Bistro + Bar is open for breakfast between 7:30am-10:30am. All day dining available from 11am

- Passes must be redeemed within 6 months from purchase date. Passes will be valid for 12 months from redemption date
- Any cancellation of this pass will incur a 100% Cancellation Fee
- Upon completion of purchase guests must redeem their 12 month pass online within 6 months from date of purchase

- Children under 3 years are entitled to free admission in Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck

- Upon receiving your pass it is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable
- Lost/stolen passes will incur a $5 reprint processing fee at time of re-issue
