- Select the date and time of your Jetboat Ride at the time of booking. Please note this is NOT the time for your Heli Tour
- Upon completion of purchase, you will receive one voucher for your Jetboat Ride & Heli Tour
- You MUST contact the Operator (Operator details will be on your voucher) for your preferred booking date for the helicopter tour
- Jetboat ride and helicopter tour do not need to be taken on consecutive days. You will have 14 days after your jet boat ride to use the Heli Tour component of the package. Or you can do both on the same day if you wish

Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

- Bookings are subject to confirmation
- Minimum of 24hours notice required for reschedules and 48 hours for cancellations. No refunds for late cancellations or ‘no-shows’.
- All bookings must be reconfirmed with the tour operator at least 48 hours prior to departure
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of ride
